Service Description

Book one-off online coaching sessions as needed without any long-term commitment required. You must have undergone a consultation with me at some stage prior to using casual sessions and I will send you a check-in form to find out how we can make the most of our hour together. These sessions can be a home training session, a check in/planning session or a combination of the two.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please aim to give 24 hours notice so that another client may train in your time slot.
