CAN I GET ONLINE COACHING IF I DON'T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT?

Yes! Many of my online clients start out training from home doing bodyweight exercises only. Overtime you may wish to purchase small additions such as resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbbells, etc. but these are not essential. All online classes are designed to be bodyweight also.

I WANT TO DO THE STUDIO CLASSES BUT AM UNABLE TO MAKE THE AVAILABLE TIMES. WILL THERE BE OTHER SESSIONS ADDED?

Classes may be updated due to demand so please let me know of your preferences! Once we have up to 3 people keen on a free slot we can make it a recurring session.

I AM A COMPLETE BEGINNER WHEN IT COMES TO FITNESS. WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP IN YOUR GROUP CLASSES?

Absolutely! Both the online and in studio group classes can be catered to all levels with plenty of progressions and regressions suggested along with technique assistance and support throughout.

ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP WITH MY NUTRITION TOO?

I provide my clients with general nutrition advice and can give you macro/calorie guidelines. If you're after a more thorough nutrition plan I'll be able to refer you on to a nutritionist or dietician.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

My holistic approach- I ensure I have a thorough understanding of what is stopping you from being where you want to be and check in on all areas of your wellbeing each week as I know training alone isn't what leads to long-term results. For many people it's their habits and mindset that eventually deter them.

My education- I am so passionate about training and never stop learning in my field. I am always studying and staying up to date while practicing what I preach so that you're getting the best tools and information I can provide.

Creating a safe training space- whether you're in the TBA private studio or in the comfort of your own home, we reduce the fear and intimidation that can come with stepping into a big gym while building your confidence for if you ever wish to do so.

I'M CURRENTLY RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY. CAN I STILL BEGIN TRAINING WITH YOU?

Generally, yes! In our consultation we will go through your injuries and any rehab work being done. I can normally program around these and help in your recovery process. If it is out of my scope of practice I may refer you to an appropriate allied health professional until it is deemed safe for you to train.
