A 45-minute consultation either online or in studio for me to find out about your wants and needs when it comes to your health and fitness. This session will allow me to prepare for your training programs if you wish to go ahead with any TBA services and leave you with advice for moving ahead with your goals. While this is mainly chatting and strategising, there will be a movement assessment included so please wear comfortable clothes.
