Service Description

Get your fitness fix while having the fun and motivation of training with others! These sessions are generally interval training circuits with a combination of strength and cardio throughout. Each participant will have trained or had a prior consultation* and so can be individually accounted for based on their own goals and needs! *Please ensure you have have had a consultation prior to booking these classes
