Service Description

Get your fitness fix while having the fun and motivation of training with others! These sessions are generally interval training circuits with a combination of strength and cardio throughout. Each participant will have trained or had a prior consultation* and so can be individually programmed for based on their own goals and needs! Each participant has a program card to follow and classes are kept small so everyone receives plenty of coaching. *Please ensure you have have had a consultation prior to booking these classes
